Sales Terms of Agreement:

 

By Purchasing an item from Isobel Von Finklestein's online store, you agree to the following terms:

 

A3 Art Prints - Refunds will not be given. You may exchange the print/s providing that they are returned to me, at your own cost. Prints must be returned in their original packaging un-damaged, un-creased and in the best condition.

 

Hand Painted shoes - Refunds and returns not accepted. The shoes are sold as 'Artwork' and the buyer wears the shoes at their own risk. All efforts have been made to waterproof the shoes - they are varnished and waterproofed but this is not a guarantee of being weather proof.

 

Original artworks - Refunds will not be given. You may exchange the artwork providing that it is returned to me, at your own cost with a tracking number. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging un-damaged, un-creased and in the best condition.

 

Hair bows, Jewellery and accessories: Due to the nature of the product, returns cannot be accepted. If you receive a faulty item, please let Isobel know and she will endeavour to have a replacement made by Fashion Fruit Punk Bowtique.

*COPYRIGHTS:  Please note that Isobel Von Finklestein retains the copyrights to all of her original paintings.  Commerical duplication of  Isobel Von Finklestein's art must be licensed by Isobel in a formal Licensing Agreement.  However, feel free to share photos of your commissioned painting online, via social media, in non-commercial usage, anytime!
